Have you been playing small in your career? Don’t just glide over the question. I want you to ask yourself seriously. Have you been playing small? Have you been holding yourself back? Have you been questioning yourself, your decisions or your abilities because you’re just not smart enough, qualified enough, experienced enough, pretty enough, assertive enough or something else enough? Have you ever felt like a fraud in your own career, business or life, or been worried that someone will find out that you aren’t an expert or you don’t belong?
Recognising these feelings can be hugely confronting. But I want you to know, you aren’t alone. In fact, I believe that everyone experiences these feelings at some point. In the coaching world, we call it "imposter syndrome".
In this workshop, we will talk about what imposter syndrome is, who is vulnerable to it and most importantly how you can manage it, so that you can quit playing small in your career. We will discuss specific strategies to help you deal with your fraudy feelings on a regular basis and most importantly, we will open the discussion and bring your limiting beliefs to the forefront, so that you can start to proactively address them. This workshop really isn’t to be missed!
