WORKSHOP_ The Hidden Job Market - EventBrite Event

Are you getting tired of hitting refresh on the SEEK website, waiting for the perfect job to be advertised? It might be time to start looking into the hidden job market.

Did you know that up to 80% of jobs are filled without being advertised? It’s difficult to quote exact stats, but through my own experience in HR and recruitment over the past ten years, I have seen that this is often the case.

So, how do you access these jobs if they aren’t being advertised? The simple answer is that you have to be proactive. In this workshop we will talk about a range of ways that you can up the ante with your job search and start getting noticed by hiring managers in the companies you want to work for. You’ll walk away with a clear action plan with steps that you can take to find the elusive opportunities that aren’t being promoted on SEEK.
